The plain version.
The rest of this site argues for something. This page just answers the questions, one at a time, in the fewest words that are still true. Where an answer restates a commitment, it is the same sentence the commitments are published in — not a friendlier paraphrase of them.
Answered
What is REPYH?
REPYH is an impact organisation convened by NUVC for founders working on ideas the market has already buried or has never bothered to look at. It takes no equity in the people or companies it convenes, sells no access, runs no demo day, and publishes where its founders land — including when they land with a competitor.
Does REPYH take equity?
No. We will never take equity. Not in the people we convene, not in the companies that come out of it. A convener holding a slice of you is an investor with a community attached. Never a stake, a SAFE or a note — you keep every share of what you build.
Does it cost anything to take part in REPYH?
No. There is no fee, no application and no pitch deck — registering is a name and an email. We will never sell early access. The moment access has a price, the filter is budget rather than merit — and a sponsor would be buying the exact thing we say is not for sale.
Is REPYH an accelerator?
No. REPYH is not an accelerator: there is no cohort, no programme to graduate from, and no portfolio to graduate into. It is not a platform either — no accounts, no app, nothing to log into — and it is not a retention product, because success is where a founder lands next rather than how long they stay.
Who runs REPYH?
REPYH is convened by NUVC, a NUAI company. NUVC sells venture decision intelligence to founders, VCs and family offices — a business that does not depend on this one — so REPYH never needs a revenue model of its own. It is funded rather than monetised, and that is the only reason its commitments are credible.
Does REPYH run a demo day?
No. We will never run a demo day. A demo day serves the room. We would rather put someone in front of the one fund that fits than in front of the funds that showed up.
How does REPYH treat investors and accelerators?
Every accelerator and VC gets identical terms. No preferential window, no exclusive first look, and no exception negotiated quietly with anyone. Anyone here can be recruited, openly. An outlier fits no single thesis by definition, so a captive funnel is the worst possible home for one. Recruit in the open and we will not object.
Who is REPYH for?
REPYH convenes founders in three lanes. The graveyard: Ideas that died of timing, not of being wrong. Most people read a dead company as a verdict. It is a date stamp. Dirty jobs: Waste, freight, aged care, compliance, plant hire, the trades. Real revenue, real operators, no competition for attention. Machines: Robots, rigs, sensors — anything that has to survive contact with the real world. Most people still price hardware as slow and expensive. It got cheap while everyone was watching the models.
What does REPYH actually give founders?
Support in kind, never a security. Tokens — Inference credits on open-weights models. Enough to run something real, not a demo allowance. Generative capacity — Video, image and audio credits, for teams whose product is the output rather than the model. AI infrastructure — GPU time, hosting, deployment — the unglamorous half, where most of these actually die. Robotic hardware — Kits, boards, sensors, machines. You cannot prototype a waste route in a browser tab. These are the categories we source, not a list of confirmed sponsors. We name providers when they are signed, and never before.
How does REPYH measure whether it worked?
We publish where people land, including with competitors. Placement is the measure, not retention. That number is only honest if it counts the people who left for someone else.
When is the first REPYH event?
There is no date yet. Registration is open, and when there is a date it will be published on repyh.com and sent to everyone who registered before it appears anywhere else.
Can under-18s register for REPYH?
Yes. There is no age limit on registering for REPYH, and under-18s register through the same form as everyone else — a name and an email, with no application and no pitch deck. REPYH expects younger participants by design, which is also why what it gives is always in kind rather than a stake, a SAFE or a note.

The commitments are published in full.
Every answer above that says "never" is one ofsix published commitments. They are published to be held against us rather than to be admired — a commitment nobody can price is a slogan.
